Approximately 80 percent of total amount of trophies fees are used directly to aid local communities manage protected areas and hunting refuges.

Safari International Macedonia regularly funds and directs countrywide programs dedicated to wildlife conservation and outdoor education. As a member of Safari Club International and founder of the local SCI chapter, we ensure that the best available science is used in wildlife policy and management, and demonstrate the constructive role that hunting and hunters play in the conservation of biodiversity in Macedonia.

We often partner with state or provincial agencies to sponsor on the ground conservation initiatives. Through these efforts, many local wildlife conservation projects are completed. We support projects through various programs and resource allocations. Throughout the past 15+ years, we have partnered with Skopje Zoo, Public Enterprise for Managing and Protection of the Multipurpose area - Jasen, Ministry of Forestry as well as local towns, villages and their governments.
